Ready to Purchase

  • What is the minimum number of products I can purchase?

    All stock items are sold by the carton with different quantities depending on the item.

    The good news is that a lot of out stock products can be purchased as individual samples.

  • How soon will my products be delivered?

    If you live in metropolitan Melbourne, if you can get your order to us by midday,  you should receive delivery the following day (although with Covid we are seeing some delays that are unfortunately out of our control) 

    If you live in metropolitan Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide, you should receive your delivery within 2 days. All other metropolitan areas and regional areas can take up to 10 days.

  • Can I come to a showroom to see the products?

    If you live in Melbourne we would love to invite you into our showroom. We are based at Building 6, 30 Prohasky Street, Port Melbourne. 

     

    We just ask that you please call to let us know you would like to come by (1300 777 225).

Customised Packaging

  • What is the minimum number of products I can purchase?

    Minimums vary depending on product as follows:

    Paper Bags & Boxes – 1,000

    Tote Bags & Garment Bags – 500

    Tissue Paper – 5,000 sheets

    Bubble Mailers & Satchels – 10,000-20,000 (depending on size)

    Plastic Bags – 3,000-5,000 (depending on size)

    Ribbon – 3,000 metres

  • How soon can I get my products?

    With customised packaging the lead time is 8-14 weeks, depending on the product and quantity you order and the time of year. 

     

    Sometimes there are factors are unfortunately out of our control such as Covid lockdowns or freight and port issues that may extend delivery times.

  • Can I see samples of the type of customised products you can create?

    Absolutely, we love showing off our customers products, we have a gallery full of examples to share with you here. View our customised products.

  • I need my order urgently, what can I do?

    We understand sometimes you need something urgently. The production time for customised products is approximately 30-45 days. We can send a portion of your order by courier rather than sea freight to speed up delivery, however if you need customised product sooner, please contact us to discuss options relating to printing on our various stock products.

  • Do you have sample products?

    The great news is that we can offer a sample for most of our Ready to Purchase range which will give you a sense of quality and finish. You can find out more here. View our Sample Products.

  • Why should I buy a sample?

    We know sometimes it’s hard to choose the right product and it helps to see a sample so you can see the colour and finish in person and feel the quality too.

Ordering

  • Can I buy my products online or do I need to come into a showroom?

    You don’t need to come in, but you are always welcome to if you want to discuss your specific needs, feel and see our range or if you just prefer to do things fact-to-face.

    However our Ready to Purchase range is set up for you to able to purchase immediately online if that suits you better.

    Our products are delivered from Melbourne, Australia. If you want to Click and Collect your items, we are located at Building 6, 30 Prohasky St Port Melbourne. Please contact us for this option.

  • What is your sustainable range made from?

    All our sustainable packaging is made from responsibly sourced raw materials. All adhesives are water soluble and environmentally friendly. All eco bags are made from paper containing 50% post-consumer waste content.
    Look for our new paper rope handles being rolled out throughout our kraft sustainable range.
